June 22, 2024, AIMA: The All India Management Association (AIMA) has announced the dates for the MAT 2024 August exam today. The exam will be held from August 14 to August 25, 2024, which is going to fill around 20,000 management seats across India. Interested candidates can register themselves through the official website of AIMA which is www.mat.aima.in starting from June 25, 2024. 

The exam will be conducted in three test modes – Paper Based Test (PBT), Computer Based Test (CBT), and Internet Based Test (IBT). This is done to ensure accessibility and flexibility for candidates from diverse backgrounds appearing for the exam. 

In an official statement, AIMA said, “From May 2024, AIMA has introduced MAT 2.0, an evolved version of MAT, which covers newer segments like current business and economic trends. MAT 2.0 is a new-age entrance test that offers a fresh perspective on management education aligned with contemporary industry practices and growing educational requirements.” 

AIMA MAT 2024: Eligibility Criteria 

Eligibility criteria for the AIMA MAT 2024 exam includes graduates in any discipline, as well as final-year students of graduate courses.

 

AIMA MAT 2024: Application Fee

The MAT 2024 application fee is INR 2,100, with an additional INR 1,500 for candidates opting for an extra test mode. 

 

AIMA MAT 2024 Exam Schedule

  • PBT Mode (Paper Based Test): Test on August 25, registration closes August 18. 
  • CBT Mode (Computer Based Test): Test on August 18, registration closes August 11.
  • IBT-1 (Internet Based Test): Test on August 14, registration closes August 9. 
  • IBT-2: Test on August 23, registration closes August 18.
