In the 2024 placement season, 165 management students secured an impressive 181 job offers. The highest salary package reached Rs 23.5 lakh per annum, and the average package was Rs 11.1 lakh per annum. BHU Placements 2024 : Major Companies Engage in Campus Recruitment

65 renowned companies participated in the recruitment events, including Infosys, Genpact, Cognizant, Mahindra Finance, IDBI Bank, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, ICICI Bank, Adani Wilmar, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, Federal Bank, UNIQLO, Amul, Visa Steel, Bajaj Asset Management, and Escorts Kubota.

These companies come from different industries like IT, banking and finance, and agriculture, providing students with many different career options.

BHU Placements 2024 Variety of Roles and Industries Represented

Out of the roles available, 36% were for executive and management trainee positions, 21% were for associate and senior consultant roles, and 13% were for assistant and deputy manager roles. This variety of roles shows how well BHU’s management graduates are prepared to succeed in different sectors.

The success of the BHU Placements 2024 season is attributed to the Institute of Management Studies’ continuous initiatives aimed at improving student employability.
