GHAZIABAD, July 25, 2024 — The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is set to develop a new ghaziabad city on 513 hectares of land. This project aims to provide residential plots and high-rise buildings, significantly expanding the urban area.

“After the proposal’s approval in the board meeting chaired by the Divisional Commissioner, it will be sent to the government. Once we receive 50% funding from the state government, we will proceed rapidly,” said Atul Vats, Vice President of GDA.
