GREATER NOIDA, July 19, 2024 — The Greater Noida Authority has launched a new IT (ITES) plot scheme, aiming to attract ₹8,000 crore in investments and create 5,000 jobs. Online registration is open until August 9, 2024, through the Greater Noida Authority and State Bank of India’s web portals.
The scheme, initiated by CEO NG Ravi Kumar, includes four plots located in Techzone and Knowledge Park-5, designed to meet the rising demand from IT companies. Two plots in Techzone measure 48,567 square meters each, while the plots in Knowledge Park-5 span 8,080 square meters each.
