June 18, 2024, New Delhi India: The Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced the IAF Agniveer Recruitment 2024. Interested candidates can apply for the Agniveervayu cadre from July 8 to July 28. Application Fees

Candidates applying for the IAF Agniveer 2024 recruitment are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of INR 250. The fee can be paid online through the official recruitment portal.

Eligibility Criteria (Age Limit)

To be eligible for the Agniveervayu cadre, candidates must meet the following age criteria:

  • Age Limit: Born between July 3, 2004, and January 3, 2008. The maximum age on enrolment is 21 years.

Eligibility Criteria (Educational Qualification)

Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:

  • Science Subjects: Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics (50% marks), and English (50% marks). Alternatively, a three-year Diploma in Engineering with 50% marks.
  • Other than Science Subjects: Intermediate in any stream with 50% marks and 50% in English.

Salary

The salary structure for Agniveers in the Indian Air Force is as follows:

  • First Year: INR 30,000 per month
  • Second Year: INR 33,000 per month
  • Third Year: INR 36,500 per month
  • Fourth Year: INR 40,000 per month

In addition to the salary, Agniveers are entitled to other benefits as per the norms of the Indian Air Force.

Medical Standards
