Upthrust Esports, a leading esports company in India, has announced its third Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) event of the 2024 season, named India Rising Series 2024. The event will feature open qualifiers for upcoming teams, with over 2000 slots available, and a prize pool of INR 15 lakhs.
The India Rising Series 2024 is aimed at providing a platform for aspiring BGMI players to showcase their skills and compete with the best teams in the country. The event will have four stages: open qualifiers, quarter finals, league stage, and grand finals. The open qualifiers will start from March 15 and will be held online, with the top 64 teams advancing to the quarter finals. The quarter finals will be held from March 22 to March 24, with the top 16 teams moving on to the league stage. The league stage will be held from March 29 to April 2, with the top four teams qualifying for the grand finals. The grand finals will be held on April 3, where the champion of the India Rising Series 2024 will be crowned.
The event will be streamed live on Upthrust Esports’ YouTube channel, with commentary and analysis from some of the most popular BGMI casters and influencers. The event will also feature giveaways, contests, and fan engagement activities for the viewers.
