Karnataka UGCET 2024: Offline Document Verification to Start from June 29; KCET 2024 Counselling

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conduct the Karnataka UGCET 2024 document verification from June 25 to June 29 in Malleswaram, Bangalore. Verification is mandatory for candidates under specific eligibility clauses, following a scheduled rank-wise process.

June 24, 2024, Karnataka: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is set to commence the document verification process for Karnataka UGCET 2024 from June 25. This offline verification will be conducted at the KEA office in Malleswaram, Bangalore, and will continue until June 29.

The verification process is specifically for candidates who have applied under eligibility clauses B, C, D, I, J, K, L, M, N, and Z. Candidates who claimed eligibility under clause Y are exempt from this verification requirement, as stated in the official press release. https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/

Karnataka UGCET 2024 Document Verification Schedule and Process

The Karnataka UGCET 2024 document verification will occur in three shifts over five days. The schedule is as follows:

  • June 25, 2024:
    • Forenoon Session 1 (Rank 1 to 8,000): 9:30 am to 11 am, Reporting time 9:15 am
    • Forenoon Session 2 (Rank 8,001 to 16,000): 11:15 am to 1:15 pm, Reporting time 11 am
    • Forenoon Session 3 (Rank 16,001 to 20,000): 2 pm onwards, Reporting time 1:45 pm
  • June 26, 2024:
    • Forenoon Session 1 (Rank 20,001 to 45,000): 9:30 am to 11 am, Reporting time 9:15 am
    • Forenoon Session 2 (Rank 45,001 to 65,000): 11:15 am to 1:15 pm, Reporting time 11 am
    • Forenoon Session 3 (Rank 65,001 to 80,000): 2 pm onwards, Reporting time 1:45 pm
  • June 27, 2024:
    • Forenoon Session 1 (Rank 80,001 to 1,10,000): 9:30 am to 11 am, Reporting time 9:15 am
    • Forenoon Session 2 (Rank 1,10,001 to 1,30,000): 11:15 am to 1:15 pm, Reporting time 11 am
    • Forenoon Session 3 (Rank 1,30,001 to 1,50,000): 2 pm onwards, Reporting time 1:45 pm
  • June 28, 2024:
    • Forenoon Session 1 (Rank 1,50,001 to 1,80,000): 9:30 am to 11 am, Reporting time 9:15 am
    • Forenoon Session 2 (Rank 1,80,001 to 2,00,000): 11:15 am to 1:15 pm, Reporting time 11 am
    • Forenoon Session 3 (Rank 2,00,001 to 2,20,000): 2 pm onwards, Reporting time 1:45 pm
  • June 29, 2024:
    • Forenoon Session 1 (Rank 2,20,001 to 2,40,000): 9:30 am to 11 am, Reporting time 9:15 am
    • Forenoon Session 2 (Rank 2,40,001 to 2,60,000): 11:15 am to 1:15 pm, Reporting time 11 am
    • Forenoon Session 3 (Rank 2,60,001 to Last rank): 2 pm onwards, Reporting time 1:45 pm

Karnataka UGCET 2024 Instructions for Candidates
