June 22, 2024, Tripura: The Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) has initiated the counselling registration process for the Tripura Joint Entrance Examination (TJEE) 2024 starting from June 20, 2024. Candidates who are eligible for TJEE 2024 counselling can fill out the application form by visiting the official website, tbjee.nic.in.by visiting the official website, www.tbjee.nic.in. The counselling registration window will remain operational till June 24, which is the last date of registration.
The TJEE 2024 exam was held on May 2, followed by the announcement of results on June 3. A total of 2,268 PCM (Physics Chemistry, Maths) and 4,868 PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) candidates appeared for the exam this year. Candidates are required to provide their registration number and password to fill out the counselling registration form. Seat allotment for TJEE 2024 will be based on candidates’ performance, preferences and seat availability.
“No candidate will be considered for allotment of any seat if he/she does not come through the process of online counselling ” the official notification of the exam body stated.
TJEE 2024 Counselling: How to register?
- Visit the official website, www.tbjee.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on ‘Link for Online Registration 2024’ option.
- Fill in all the details such as Name, email address, date of birth, number, and password.
- Click on the ‘Register’ tab.
TJEE 2024 Counselling: Required Documents
- TJEE 2024 admit card.
- TJEE result/scorecard.
- Valid ID proof.
- Mark sheet and certificates of 10th and 12th examination or its equivalent.
- Category (SC/ST) Certificate of the candidate from the appropriate authority, if applicable.
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Certificate, if applicable.
- Ex-Serviceman Certificate (ESM) from the Directorate of Sainik Welfare, if applicable.
- Residential certificate of the state.
“Selection of candidates for a particular course at a certain College/University will be subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria, if any, of the respective College/University/Institution, from where the seat is sponsored. The allotment of seats is provisional, subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria and verification of the original testimonials in the concerned institute at the time of admission,” the official notification further stated.
